Alexandria is a dedicated, early childhood education professional with passion to ensure that school culture encourages continuous improvements for teachers and students; develop an environment that encourages open communication with colleagues, students, families and the community. 

Thiessen holds a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Masters of Science in Educational Leadership. With ten years of experience in education, Thiessen worked both Clinton County R3 School District and Missouri First Steps. Thiessen is a strong educational leader that seeks to use education and leadership skills to support early childhood professionals in preparing children for early learning and school readiness. 

She has experience in both Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Special Education. She is looking forward to being able to use relationship-building talents and diplomatic communication style to forge long-lasting partnerships at GCCS.
